The lost dog that took herself to the police station.
In Loughborough, an English community of 60,000 people, 10-year-old Border Collie, Rosie was on a walk with Steve, her human companion.
Suddenly, there was the deafening sound of exploding fireworks which frightened Rosie, and she fled into the bushes, disappearing from sight.

Frantic, Steve desperately searched for his loving companion, heartsick because he was unable to locate her.
Then Steve's wife Julie called him.
In an amazing turn of fate, she received a call from the police station and that Rosie had "handed herself in."
"I was so pleased and so happy she was safe and so proud of her that she was clever enough to find her way to the police station," Julie said.
Our story ends happily, for they picked up Rosie at the police station and she is now safely home with her loving family.
