Rescuing Cheddar, a rare and beautiful lobster.
In most seafood restaurants, lobsters are boiled and then dipped in butter.
But not Cheddar, an eye-catching brilliant orange, who arrived in a routine shipment to Red Lobster in Hollywood, Florida.
When the staff saw her, they recognized her beauty and knew she was special. And they knew they had to save her.

A typical lobster is brown or greenish and receives its reddish tint in the cooking process. To find an orange lobster in nature is about 1 in 30-million according to The Washington Post.
The reason is, that their brilliant orange color helps predators spot them.
But Cheddar was no longer in the open sea and needed a good home. Mario Roque, a restaurant manager at Red Lobster led the effort to find her that home.
Ultimately, they found Ripley's Aquarium in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, which used its experts to carefully collect Cheddar and drive her over 10-hours to their facility.
For now, she is "acclimating" to her new home, and eventually will become a popular attraction in the aquarium, which also includes everything from penguins to sea turtles.
"Sometimes ordinary miracles happen, and Cheddar is one of them," Mario said in a news release.
"A group of incredible people helped us make this possible. We are so honored to have been able to save Cheddar and find her a good home."
