Thieves robbed her of her dogs, the community returned them.
In Chandler, Arizona, when Jeanine Nesvik got home from work, she saw she had been robbed of her most valuable possession.
Missing were her four dogs, and seven rescue dogs she was fostering. Nothing else was taken.

"My dogs are my family - it was shocking and painful that anyone would do such a cruel thing," Jeanine told The Washington Post.
Among the stolen dogs was Leah a therapy dog, who often joins Jeanine in her job as a speech pathologist at a pediatric therapy clinic. There, children play with and love Leah.
Police had few clues.
But Jeanine quickly appealed to friends and dog lovers in her community, and their response was amazing, making those dogs too hot a commodity for the thieves.
Debbie Varner, founder of Follow Your Heart Animal Rescue, shared the information among her followers on Facebook.
Soon those followers collectively pledged a $20,000 reward.
Another supporter, Sheri Goodwin, searched dog sites and posted thousands of fliers all over the town.
Jody and Mark Pectol, who own restaurant chain, Zzeeks Pizza and Wings added fliers to each of their delivery boxes.
The result?
The dogs were anonymously left in dog parks and elsewhere, and good Samaritans picked them up for Jeanine. Or alerted Jeanine so she could get them.
And then a police officer found Leah on a baseball field.
"As soon as I saw it was really Leah, I started bawling," Jeanine told The Post. "She literally melted into me to give me a hug."
As for the thieves, to their dismay, they had encountered an incredible neighborhood watch, one that loves dogs.
