Little dog Mishka suddenly vanished, and then reappeared 2,350 miles from home.
While his wife and 4-year-old daughter were away, last July adorable little Mishka was at work with her human companion, Mehrad Houman in San Diego.
Suddenly she disappeared without a trace. Desperate, Mehrad searched far and wide, but she was nowhere to be found.
As the months passed, it seemed Mishka would never be with her family again and they would have to bear her loss. And then:

In March, eight months later, a Good Samaritan in Harper Woods, Michigan, 2,350 miles from San Diego told police there was a stray dog wandering the neighborhood.
The police picked up Mishka and dropped her off at a local animal shelter, where they examined her and fed her, and checked to see if she was microchipped.
Fortunately, Mishka was microchipped!
The shelter reached Mishka's family, who were celebrating Easter in Minneapolis, a 10-hour drive away, and Mehrad was thrilled to pick her up.
