Nubz the chicken, solving foot problems with stylish special boots.
Nubz is quite a fashion plate, proudly showing off his fancy new boots. He lives with Californian, and animal lover Meesh Davignon, along with Meesh's other chickens and pets.
But Nubz had a problem.

He lost his toes from scaly leg mites, microscopic creatures that live under the scales covering his feet.
Fortunately, Meesh successfully treated the problem, using Vaseline and wrapping his little feet. And then she added boots.
"I decided to put on the boots because I wanted to keep his little nubs clean," Meesh told People magazine.
Nubz's original new boots Meesh bought for her Chihuahua. Not only did they work but it turned out he walks much better when he wears them.
"I didn't think that they would be such a great way for him to get around," Meesh said.
"But it turns out he walks around so much better with the boots when he's on, like, dirt or wood chips or anything that's rough."
They work so well, that Meesh told People Nubz now has about 30 pairs of boots.
Nubz has captured Meesh's heart and the hearts of about 175,000 followers on TikTok.
But there are some haters, because Nubz is transgender. He began as a hen and with time has evolved into some rooster characteristics.
"I didn't think that it would cause such an uproar on the Internet, but a lot of people really love it, but we definitely do get a lot of hate for it, too," Meesh said.
Of the haters, Meesh said, "We're going to weed them out. Every time we get a hater, we just press block and make our little Nubby family nicer."
